What's a good area close to that zip. Would be interested in townhomes or gated community. We are empty nesters.

That ZIP code is in 2 counties. Forsyth (Winston-Salem) & North Davidson (Winston-Salem address).

Closest gated community I know of is Bermuda Run in Advance just West of Clemmons and is about 20 minutes away.
