We are leaving MI for job reasons. It is pretty scary here. I have stayed at home for one year without finding a job as a network engineer, CCNA certified. We are thinking about relocating to Greensboro, NC. Is the job market dynamic there? Are there some recommended website for me to post my resume. Thanks.

Unfortunately, I believe the job market is not that great here either. I would definitely recommend finding a job before making such a big move. I know some people post their resumes on Monster and Careerbuilder but with mixed results. I would suggest looking at these job sites for employment:

The Employment Security Commission of North Carolina

Piedmont Region job search and jobs posting. Find a high quality employee. Find the perfect job.

Front Page : TriadCareers.com : News-Record.com

Search jobs and build your career network | Jobster

Jobs in Winston-Salem, NC from JournalNow.com and Yahoo! Hotjobs

Hope this helps.

I think you would have better luck in Cary/RTP area. I'm not sure Cisco has an office in GSO. I'm an EE and I just left GSO and moved to Austin....

One other quick bit o' advice ...
Do not use Monster, Career builder etc. to post your resume. You will be spammed and bugged for contract positions etc. I would search simplyhired.com for positions of find a headhunter to help you.
