Smile Need your advice for house in Jamestown

Hi, does anyone know/familiar with sub-division 'Spencer's Trace' (Olde Salem Dr)? Is it good area for living and for school? Also we notice that there is a church (Midway Baptist Church) with small cemetery close to the community. Does it has any impact to the houses there? I would appreciate it if you could provide more information about the area.

Thank you and have a great day!

Default Spencer's Trace

I have lived in Jamestown for the past 13 years. Spencer's Trace is a relatively new subdivison with very small lots. The schools are good (Pilot Elementary, Jamestown Middle School, and Ragsdale HS). Another subdivison (same schools) that is much nicer, larger lots, more upscale and about the same price point as Spencer's Trace is Whittington Hall in Jamestown. I would definately look there before I bought in Spencer's Trace.
