Would a large country western bar like the old Iron Horse in Winston go over, and where should it be?

I'm not a businessman by any stretch, but in my bar hopping days (many, many years ago) it seemed that large clubs in this area of any genre were pretty fleeting. On the other hand small clubs/ bars/ pool halls seem to have more staying power.

Large clubs in any city are fleeting...unless they have a special niche or a very loyal following, the crowds are fickle - and clubs become passe very quickly.

I have seen the hot clubs come and go in Atlanta sooooooo many times.

Thanks I know that happens there a lot. I loved Iron Horse in it's good days. I was thinking something less family and a little more Coyote Ugly. That might keep the attention more.

Even Hooters is going family. Last time I was in the one in Gboro I saw so many families (wives, kids, the works) I thought I had walked into the wrong place.
