Default Where can I get fresh seafood?

Hi everyone!

The Doc says my cholesterol is too high and wants me to start eating turkey and fish. Where can I get fresh seafood at okay prices? Are there any seafood markets in the Triad? Seems a stretch since we are so far from the coast, but I'd really love to give it a shot. I will be more than glad to drive 40 miles for inexpensive seafood! We are going to be getting a deep freezer soon.
Any tips and suggestions?
Thanks!!!

~ Angela

Can't get any fresher than sushi can you?
There is a market on N Main St in High Point called King Seafood or something like that. Fresh seafood don't know how they compare to grocery stores and such price wise.
Whole Foods in W-S has a nice seafood dept & you may want to check Earthfare on Battleground.
Oh, get out & excercise. That alone will do wonders.

I can't remember the name of it but its a locally owned fish market on high point road past hilltop going towards sedgefield. As you past the intersection of high point road and hilltop it would be on the left. Its owned by an Asian couple.

The Super G market in the Fantacity mall on Market has a great seafood selection. And tons of food from all over the world.

Super G is excellent for seafood and produce, as well as international treats. Great prices, too!
