Anyone notice this over the past few weeks?

I have regular cable (no extra box) and every few minutes the picture frame freezes while audio continues. It's come to a point I don't want to even bother try watching a 2 hour movie on the tv anymore.

Anyone else?

Give TWC a call. You may need amplification of your signal or a different splitter. The technician can troubleshoot your problem.

I hope an amp fixes your problem. They installed on at our place and it's not a 100% fix because the problem has more to do with aging infrastructure - i.e., the coaxial cable that's buried in the ground that goes from their hardline to the distribution point in the neighborhood. When that cable deteriorates (and hardline deteriorates, too), there is only so much amplification that you can use: if the signal is buried in the noise the amplifier will increase the noise, too. I have no answer for getting them to maintain their infrastructure. I just hope mine remains mostly useable over the long haul.
