Does anyone have personal experience with a good reasonable Family Lawyerin Lexington or surrounding area. It will involve a non-martial custody case. The only thing that needs to be addressed and put on paper is a custody agreement. We have a verbal understanding but we know that that is not enough. We live approx. 1 1/2 hours away from Lexington so we need someone who we can communicate with by e-mail and phone unless we are needed in person. Child support has already been established and we have had every other weekend visitation for about 1 1/2 yrs. But again we know that we need some kind of agreement on writing. Any help will be appreciated.
thanks
Pebs
