Hi everyone I'm new to posting but have been reading other post for awhile. My family and I are looking to move to the Triand area in June (we are leaving Phoenix AZ) with all the research I've been doing I've narrowed my ideal town down to these's Rual Hall, Oak Ridge, Walnut Cove, Mayodan, Stokesdale, Summerfield. I know the list is still a little long but what I'm looking for is a small town less then 4000, low rent (we want to rent until we get familiar with the area) and a good school system. Can anyone help by sharing information on these towns. Thank you so much.

Rural Hall is a nice area. It's pretty quiet, yet close to Winston-Salem. The library is small, but well staffed. There is a bowling alley, also.

Schools for Rural Hall:

I think North Forsyth is the high school for Rural Hall, not sure.

I have driven through Walnut Cove once or twice, but don't have much info. It seems a quiet place, low crime, older buildings.
