probably, but, you will most likely find the fishing better at Cane Creek, on hwy 54 toward chapel hill from Burlington. Cane creek only allows the use of trolling motors, battery powered, and they also rent them out, or at least that is how it used to be, haven't heard of any changes.

Default lake macintosh

lake mc can be tough but ive caught huge fish from there and cane creek. went wed before snow, 0 . in nov caught 8.55 on worm. so there are big fish in there. last year a11.7 was caught!

I'd be wary of fish caught in Lake MacIntosh. It's not heavily polluted, but has much greater concentrations of several harmful compounds than it should, thanks to Konica dumping chemicals for years.
