Where are the Ice Cream vans (Charlotte, Greensboro: condo, home, neighborhood)

I live in a condo complex and in years past there was an ice cream truck that came through but it hasn't been here in a few years. So my question is does any one know of an ice cream route near the West Market St and Spring Garden area in Greensboro.

They are all down here south of Charlotte, playing their insane music outside my window 4 times a day!!!!!!! (You can have them back.)

We've got one in High Point that the van is half rusted out and all it plays is out of tune Christmas music...

Makes you kind of wonder about the ice cream, doesn't it??

The ones around here play that annoying high-pitched music and have added another feature, a loud voice that says, "Hello? Hello?" Kind of startling. Thoe things should be outlawed as a public nuisense.

I admit I thought it was quaint when I saw the first one...then I saw it a second time and a third... Yes they do get annoying!

Ah the memories. In the neighborhood I grew up there was an old man with a small pick up that used to ride through with that annoying music and he had snowcones, at least 1/2 dozen flavors. Eventually he stopped coming and the snowcone/ ice cream business dried up.

I am sure last summer's crazy gas prices made a lot of ice cream trucks rethink their business.....we still have one in our neighborhood that I have always felt like we are out in no man's land, so we must have enough ice cream eaters to make it financially worth while. I am dreading the day my son figures out the "music truck" also has ice cream in it!
