Default Town center in clemmons...is it a possibility?

We get a subscription to the Clemmons Courier to stay up to date as we get closer to our move. Can anyone provide more info on whether or not the development of a "town center" type construction will take place in Clemmons. I see a lot of meetings have taken place and great ideas but the $$ seems to be at issue which is typical of any venture. I like what I read that it gives the community a meeting place. Although Clemmons is our top choice it does seem to lack a center. Any info would be welcome.

I don't read the Courier, so I'm not exactly sure what you're talking about. There have been a number of initiatives over the years to solicit feedback and develop plans for improving the Village's appearance, especially on "the strip" (Lewisville-Clemmons Rd.). I have not heard anything lately about a "town center". I assume perhaps it's something similar to Lewisville's square?

While it's true Clemmons doesn't have a town gathering place like the L'ville square, we do have Tanglewood Park, which offers lots of activities and events.
