Alamance Regional Medical Center (Butner: health, nurses, job)

I am considering taking a job at Alamance Regional Medical Center and would appreciate opinions of those who work there or those who have received care there? Is it a good hospital? Well respected?

My husband was at the ER and spent one night there last year. We were very pleased with his care. The staff went above and beyond for us.

I also have had some tests done there and again everyone I came in contact with was great!

I know a few nurses that work there and first off they are wonderful women and seem to love working there.

My wife works there in Mental Health, she has a work history w/mental health including 2 yrs in the town of Butner, N.C. almost anyone in the state will know of this facility. She really likes working at ARMC, she has good people on her team, the only complaint is that they are a bit understaffed, this seems to be a recurring theme in a lot of hospitals, a casualty, as it were, of the current state of the economy.
