URGENT -- TIME SENSITIVE -- Need Infor on two areas in W-S
Trying to move daughters BF to W-S. Don't ask.
What are areas around Kimberly Park and/or Green Street and Academy like?
Any broad swatches of good areas. The guy is looking for a one bedroom or a room. But I don't want his meager needs to end him up in bad, area.
Thanks for speedy update.

That's not an area that I'd personally look to move to.
What's he need to be near? Maybe we can come up some better suggestions.

^ Agreed, although Academy/Green St. isn't so bad but it is on the edge of sketchiness. So it depends on exactly where the property is located. I'd say anything north or west (within a half mile or so) of there should be avoided, but it's only a couple of blocks west of Old Salem so towards the east/southeast isn't so bad.
Kimberly Park area is definitely not desireable.

There are parts of both Green and Academy St that are WONDERFUL! Just drive around the areas on a Saturday night..and during the day as well...usually, first instincts are the best!

Thank you so much. WE can rule some out and will look in Academy area.
Is it safe to ass/u/me, speaking generally, that south of I-40 and east of Peters Creek are ok?
My wife is helping this guy out and he is job/house hunting at same time.
Appreciate your quick responses, and I will post again when I get more info

I'd say yes, generally.

To clarify, I assumed LLN meant to say Bus. 40 rather than I-40 (as that is the area asked about originally), so my answer is based on that assumption. Parkland High is much farther out.

I live off of Brewer about a mile from Parkland and LOVE my quiet neighborhood! Try Falcon Point! I lived there when I was low on income!
