Default Average Living Expenses for Greensboro (please help. high school student for project)

Hey everyone,
I'm a high school student working on a project and would greatly appreciate if you could provide me with some information about your city. I need the average costs for living in a 2 story (3bed 2 1/2 bath) home that is 1500 square feet.

Heating/cooling, gas, water, electric.

Thank you so much!

The best estimates you'd get here would be people's opinions and guesses. Maybe try Sperling's or a similar website (maybe even Zillow) and see if they have compiled data for such specific criteria. Are you only interested in utility costs?

The best answer that I could give you is "Not much". My first home in Gboro was about 2000 sq ft and all utilities amounted to less than $100/month on average. That might be less than the average because I know people in smaller homes who pay much more.

Go to www.city-data.com (not the forum) but the main page for Greensboro. They break down all kinds of information about the city.
