My daughter attends UNCG. She would like to live in an apartment next year instead of the dorm. Can you suggest a few to look at that are nice, inexpensive and safe? Thanks for your help.
There are a ton of apartments near the college; some that instantly come to mind that are nice are Spring Place (just opened in August of this month); Sterling Park, Campus One, Campus Crossing, The Oaks, The School at Spring Garden Apartments.
If your daughter is currently a student, and has access to a car, I would suggest that she ride down Spring Garden Rd. and the surrounding roads right around the campus and she will see many different apartments.
As I said Spring Place just opened in August and they are a little further down Spring Garden, but all of their apartments are fully furnished with all utilities included in the price. www.smartstudentliving.com is their website. I'd start there.
Thank you. We will check those places out. Actually we did look at many last night on line. Concerned about a few of the reviews about Sherwood Forest which is now owned by Campus Crossing.
