We like Stokesdale, Oak Ridge, and Summerfield. We are retired and schools are not important to us. We like convenient shopping, restaurants nearby(half hour drive is OK). We like some privacy so a 1 acre lot would be nice but we don't want to be isolated from the neighbors completely.
Hopefully in the range of 250-300K So which town would suit us best?

All three are convenient to Greensboro. Oak Ridge & Summerfield are slightly more developed than Stokesdale.
