How are the elementary schools in Guilford County? Which area is good as in the parents and teachers work together?

Default Northwest or Southwest
My daughter is about to enter Kinder, so I did some of my homework. Most people say NW, around Oak Ridge, is becoming the best even though that area is also becoming crowded. I decide to send my daughter to Southwest Guilfort because it has some diversity among kids. As an asian kid, I think she is better off with SW. I am not sure about NE, where some say used to have good schools. Please shed some light on this issue.
