Hi if anyone can give me some information it would be greatly appreciated. I have exhausted my tier 3 benefits the last week in jan. I recieved a letter dated 12-30-2009 that i was ineligible then i recieved one stating that it was revised and i was eligible for $3670, however, since my benefits have been exhausted...the rep. told me my case was pending and for me to continue filing and when the gov. released the money (which could take 3 to 4 weeks) i will get back pay. I filed on Sunday on the computer and it stated that payment was being processed, however on my claim profile it still says benefits exhausted. Any info would help!

Well, at this point, if you've exhausted your Tier 3, you could continue with any EB that you still have on your claim. If you have no more EB then you're waiting for the "14th week" and Tier 4 programming to be complete. No time frame for that yet. Not sure if they'll implement Tier 4 the same as Tier 3, with paying back weeks. But I guess it wouldn't hurt to continue to do your weekly certifications just in case they do.

As I've told many people, it's sometimes hard for me to sit here and make guesses about people's claims without actually being able to see them. If I could look at it, I could confirm what the rep told you, or maybe see something differently.
