Hello.
I am looking for information on safe, affordable, not too noisy, pet-friendly, diverse apartments in Greensboro. I am moving from New York soon and essentially have to find one from here. Anybody out there that has had a great experience and can make a recommendation or caution? Yester Oaks? Lake Brandt? Legacy Manor? Lincoln Green? I would sincerely appreciate any leads. Thank you.

Default Apartments

The Lodge at Lakeshore on Hilltop Road are beautiful brand new apartments.
Friends just moved there last month and my daughter is moving next week.
It was just rated one of the safe places.
Ask for Casy...tell him Kristen sent you! Good Luck

Lake Brandt is in a great location, inexpensive, gated, lot of amenities, and very diverse. Pet-friendly and close to parks, shopping, dining, and walking trails.

I'd go for any one of the properties on Bridford Parkway or West Wendover or Big Tree Way (we lived in Abbington). Also, any of the "Crowne" properties (Crowne Oaks, Crowne Lakes, etc.).

If you desire easy access to PTI, there are plenty of nice apartment complexes up and down Eastchester (Hwy 68).

I live in Legacy at Friendly Manor and I absolutely love it! Pet friendly, quiet, nice area near everything. We moved from NJ.

Are any of these places having 2 or 3 BR that are under $750 a month?

2 Bedrooms you can probably find for that. If you want a newer community like Legacy Manor a 3 bedroom will cost you around 1000 a month, give or take money from promotions they hold. I think with your price, you can find 2 bedrooms pretty easy at any of the places listed.
