W-S experts-Opinions on area around Leinbach Park area (Jefferson: middle school, shop)

I am looking for opinions on the LeinbachPark area, just south of Robinhood Rd. and north of Millhaven Rd. It is around JeffersonMiddle School. Nice area? Quiet? Too much traffic?

Also, what do you think of Mt.TaborHigh School these days? Safe?

That's a very nice area, with very little traffic. And it's just around the corner from all the shopping at the Robinhood/Peace Haven/Polo area.

Mt. Tabor is one of the better high schools. Hard to say which one is "best", and it would depend largely I think on personal preference, but generally you'll hear West Forsyth, Reagan, Mt. Tabor, and Reynolds in the conversation.

My niece (2009) and nephew (2007) are recent Mt. Tabor graduates. I never heard their parents say anything negative about the high school. In fact, they moved to be closer to the school a few years ago.
