Hi, every summer, myself, my uncle and my brother purchase a small truck load of produce, usually watermelons, cantaloupes, corn, peaches,ETC. and sell them, sort of like a road side stand. I am just wondering what sort of license or permits do we need to do so? We do all of the selling in North Carolina, but we buy all of our produce from the state farmers market, in Columbia,SC. Are there additional permits needed for that? Any information on this would really help out. Thanks.
