Can anyone tell me about the neighborhood area in broadstone village (I am not talking about the apartments but the single family homes). I live in Greensboro and planning to buy a house nearby. If anyone can throw some light on the area and the neighborhood and the schools, it is greatly appreciated.
Thanks!!!

The area is great and the schools are wonderful too. The houses that were built couple year ago had better lots, and they are closer to the tennis court, clubhouse, etc. There are quite a few houses for sale by owners and others by realty which in my opinion are better than those offered by the builder. prices is around 150k.

That area is seriously growing- they just finished widening the Kivett Drive area around old 85. Old South is still building, so now might be the time to buy, since the resales will be competing against new construction. There's a relo home for $142,000 for sale there- almost $8k below the other listings which are at/around $150.

Remember, always have buyer's agent representation so that you have someone looking out for your best interests. Do not call the seller's agent because they work for the seller.

Let me know if I can help.

Good luck!
