ZF President and CEO Ludger Reckmann said he is confident that hiring will continue throughout 2012 to fill the positions, but he does have some concern about finding 1,200 qualified workers by the time the plant plans to go into full production mode in the second quarter of 2013.

Whomever wrote those job descriptions doesn't know proper nomenclature for specific stuff within manufacturing, but I guess I won't split hairs.

Decent to good wages, there. No doubt they'll outsource a lot to local companies, too.

This is very optimistic of ZF, any machinist with those qualifications that can pass a drug test, a background check and show up for work on time will fetch $20.00 per hour to start. I believe when spring arrives there will be another machinist hiring war between ZF Transmission, Bosch Rexroth and GE.
