Lots on both sides of the entrance to Western Square on White Horse are being cleared. Looks like the entrance to the shopping center may be relocated directly beside Taco Bell. Their is a Clayton Construction Trailer on site. I believe they have constructed some QT stations also Dollar Generals, Bojangles and other commercial facilities so its a guess at this point. Could also be a relo of CVS from its current location next to BI-LO across the street.
Your analysis makes QuikTrip more realistic. I wonder if this would be store 1139, 1146 or another number.
CVS is slowly replacing non-freestanding stores. I do not know if store 3886 (West Blue Ridge Drive) is up for a replacement and if Bi-Lo intends to expand.
Those other four stores are 6050 White Horse Road, Greenville; South Carolina 14, Greer; Fort Mill; and Rock Hill. Five stores total are in the construction phase.
QuikTrip stores 1139 and 1146 will be either of the two Greenville or one Greer store under construction.

Four more locations are slated to open by year’s end, including one at 6050 Whitehorse Road in Greenville, one in Fort Mill near Charlotte, one in Greer and one in Rock Hill.

Actually, it's oriented more toward the intersection of Woodruff Rd. and Hendrix Dr. It's at least half built already and has been under discussion here for several months. Just scroll back a couple of pages.
