I go by there during the week. It is close to opening, but seems a few more weeks away.

The newer QT stores have an expanded kitchen area with more freshly prepared sandwiches and pizza. The pastries have been moved to a side area and the kitchen counter now displays the hot foods and breakfast sandwiches. First store with the new kitchen format is Pleasantburg @ I-385.

I saw this today. Pretty nice to see them adding additional food options.

I wonder if any QuikTrip stores have in store seated dining areas like new Spinx stores do.

Sounds like they might be taking a note from WaWa or Sheetz's playbook. Doesn't look like its made to order but certainly a step up.

No they do have made to order sandwiches. But they still have the premade breakfast biscuits also.

Cool. Glad they are made to order. Premade works well with Breakfast as most people want to get in and out quickly. Most Sheetz stores do both premade and made to order breakfast sandwiches which is nice.

This location is still under construction. Signage is up on the building, but it not up by the road along US-29 or Locust Street yet. I wonder if the location will open in May.

Looks like the former upstate plants lot on woodruff has sold sign. Does that mean construction on the Qt starts soon?
