Thanks for clearing that up. Looks like as they said, it will be a very large store, with the amount of land that they have cleared.
They are also in the process of bringing sewer up. It will be bored under 101 and attached to the corner peace of property as well. They are three different property owners that will benefit from the sewer being bored under 101 from the sewer tap thus far.
I look to see soon as that corner peace of property on I85/101 gets sewer it soon will go up for sell. It is a 12.62 A track. I assume they will wait for the Bass Pro Shop to open.
