Pooh is on a distinguished road
Hi to everyone.
Thanks for all of the responses. Good luck w/ your new positions. I'm envious you get to move to Greenville so quickly. I have to wait a year.
Take care.

Soon to be South is on a distinguished road
I will be looking into a teaching job when we get there in the Fall (even just as a long term sub) until the following school year starts. I applied to all of the York Co. school districts and even attended the job fair in the Spring, and NOTHING!! I was so disappointed. I thought there was a need for teachers in SC, but apparently not there. It is the same with Maryland, they claim there is a “teacher shortage”, but they don’t advertise to the general public that the shortage is in Baltimore City. Not many want to work there- they don’t provide enough life insurance (haha). I hope Greenville is a bit easier to find a job. I am glad I had a chance to hear your positive experiences so far on finding a teaching job!!

Default Job!

thought I should let the general public know, I did find a job! I am now an employee of Fedex, also got response from many other places when applying, so the job market is not too shabby, although I suppose it depends on what you are looking for, I was quite flexible as I want to go to school so I am just looking for something part time.
