That makes sense. I am soon moving to Anderson and went on a visit and noticed how much people with blue collar jobs were walking around downtown. Turns out Anderson is a big manufacturing hub for TTI (Tool company), Empire (Corporate hq of another tool company), Electrolux (factory), Michelin (Factories), a tissue factory, and many other factories. Also, there is a ton of office jobs available which is good and a small university and a ton of government jobs to guarantee stability in the job market.
