Yes. The Brown Street Club in downtown Greenville is a fantastic place to hear jazz music:
The Brown Street Club

There will be a new place opening at Riverplace in downtown Greenville in March called Blues Boulevard that will feature jazz music also: Welcome to Blues Boulevard Jazz - Spartanburg's finest place for jazz and dining

Lazy Goat has jazz sometimes as well. (They have all kinds of bands).

FYI, the food at brown st. is amazing! and their drinks are expensive, but the bartender has a very heavy pour, love that place!
