so i emailed the company and they said they do not have any current plans to build another store is this area, not that they have any interest in telling me their plans but I thought i'd ask.....they did say they had plans to "expand their footprint" in SC.

New McDonald's opened today. Don't even bother trying to go there at this time. It looked like a madhouse when I drove by.

So, does anyone know if the other displaced business(es) are planning to re-open in that area?

Thanks for the info! Do you (or does anyone else) know if Chiefs plans to re-open in Easley?

Easley is undergoing a meeting tonight at Easley High School about the extension of S.C. 153. The extension of the road would take it past 123, ending on Saluda Dam Road between Olive Street and Prince Perry Road. They are hoping this extension will help relieve a portion of 123 and also drive more businesses and investment to that part of town.

Good to see that going on. It would be COOL if 153 could somehow connect to Whitehorse Rd or US 276 heading up into the mountains.
