Dog swimming in greenville? (to live, area, water)

We are new to the area and our dog really misses swimming. (We used to live on a lake so he could go out the front door and start swimming!) Is there a lake near Greenville that will alllow him to get back in the water?

Not too sure about greenville. But I take my lab too a water fall that has a swimming area that is not too far from me. But im in simpsonville..
