I was driving on hwy 290 near The J Verne Smith Parkway at about 2:45 this afternoon, when I came across a car that had flipped over in the middle of the road. I guess one guy was ejected from the car and was laying on the street it looked like someone had placed something under his neck for support. A few people had already stopped to help and there was a police car coming up behind me so I did not stop, but I've felt guilty all afternoon and I keeping seeing the guy laying on the road in my head. Has anyone heard the condition of the person/people in the car ?
