For those of you who shop BI-LO:

Today, BI-LO said they were saying goodbye to the Plenticard and have a new loyalty card, for those of you interested:

'
It's called SE Grocers rewards and you can still go to Shell Gas Station to redeem you gas.

Default Bi-LO continued...

Let me add:

Why is the program changing?

At Southeastern Grocers, we are constantly focused on creating value for our customers and offering a strong loyalty program is an important part of that commitment. Based on customer feedback, our current loyalty program was not meeting the needs of our customers. In response to our customers’ feedback, we have developed a new program that offers rewards on what our customers need most – fuel for their families and fuel for their vehicles.
Why have you chosen Shell?

Over the last year, our customers have voiced that they prefer Shell.

Right Customer Feedback? The real reason is the Plenticard is being discontinued all together. Who buys gas at Shell around here?

I go to QT for my gas. But BiLO used to have the Meal Deals, where you buy one item and get 4 items free. Not sure if they still have that promotion.

It will be almost exactly like the old Bonus Card, except it wont be Spinx. Customers will still get all the discounts and promotion just as before.

That program must have been short lived. The link does not work.

I wonder if Southeastern Grocers is attentive to customer feedback. Feedback for stores lacking food (grocery, meat, produce, and seafood) departments should be dismal.

I have not noticed BI-LO's meal deals in approximately twelve years.
