It would depend on where your house is. If it was close to a creek that could flood then I might think about it. My house is in a area that sit up hill from any creek that I have found. I checked the flood map online and going by zip code it said I was not in a flood zone.
I work in Boiling Springs,SC haven't noticed much flooding
