That's silly, Skyliner. He clearly gets joy from listing to all of those ridiculous comments he or she claims were made at the office. Art might find like-minded people if he opened such an operation.

LMAO! Why one person can put forth so much effort to try to discount not only Greenville's farm-to-table scene, but the Greenville area as a whole, is beyond me. What a waste of (potentially productive) time and energy!

All this effort (and almost none of it on topic) just to disparage me. I feel honored.

So when I talk about how the people of Greenville are friendly on the surface, but rather close-minded and not open to different ways of thinking, ya'll kind of prove my point. Thanks.

And finally, to quote my buddy redcliffe:

If people aren't hating, you aren't succeeding.

Thomas Keller just ate at the Lazy Goat this past Tuesday! I believe he ate at one of Rick Erwins restaurants on Monday. Apparently he did not have a good experience on Monday... But loved his meal at the Lazy Goat. He was here on a retreat with his staff.

I was just in Vegas on business and ate at his Bouchon location there. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE that national chefs of his calibre are "on a retreat" in Greenville.

So his Lazy Goat experience was great. Good to hear.

Not good for Rick Erwin's (whatever happened), epscially given the fact Rick Erwin's has been a national top 10 Open Table winner.
