Default Virgin Mobile

Just wanted to get some feedback on Virgin Mobile's coverage in the Mauldin/Simpsonville area, specifically. We are thinking about switching but we're concerned that the coverage may not be up to par. Thanks in advance for the input.

Coverage for both voice and 3G is solid all the way down 385 to around Clinton. You won't have any issues in Mauldin or Simpsonville.

The only areas that I've ever had a problem with Virgin Mobile in are the really rural parts in the middle of SC on the way to the beach.

You should be fine in most parts.

I have used my Virgin Mobile phone for over 5 years. First in Gastonia NC and now in Simpsonville SC. I have never had any problems. I just top up when I need to. Of course, I am not a big cell phone user. It is more for my convenience should I need to speak briefly to someone while out or in case the school needs to reach me regarding my children. It's perfect! The only time I ran into trouble was when we were in the NC Mountains outside of Blowing Rock - no reception there.
