Starbucks? There's better coffee available locally. I really like the idea of Chik Fil A there, though!!
I would totally go to a local coffee shop! But, unfortunately, the local places are more vulnerable to economic downturns. There was one local place near the Bilo on West Butler that is now gone and nothing has come to replace it. Of course there is good local coffee....about a 10 minute drive from where I live.

Java Jolt is great and has been there for years (ever since the strip center opened) at the corner of Butler and Verdin/Holland Rd.

What about Downtown Coffee House ? It's on E Butler instead of W Butler. I don't drink coffee, but it sounds good.

New capital venture...a Starbucks/Chic-Fil-A in one location! Do it! lol
(Ok, ok...maybe I just have no value to add to this thread as I don't venture to Butler road that often. )
Chik Fil A would be no better in that regard, but I'd sure like to see one there!
I had read that the neighbors were fighting Chil Fil A for that reason; I guess they lost.
