Default subdivisions

I can find quite a few with homes that are 11-20 years old, Silverleaf, Sparrows Point, Forrester Woods and Half Mile Lake. It seems that the others are older homes but you might find something that has been updated. I think the swim team at Sparrows Point was formed by the parents. One of the newer homes I saw was in Acadia but it is $420k. Don't know of anything out there selling in the $300k range.

I'm not sure about the price range, but Sugar Creek has a heck of a swim team. I live in Del Norte. We have a nice swim team and our homes are WAY below 300k!

Fiasco is correct and I found a lot of subdivisions just not ones with homes that were less than 10 years old with swim teams for 300k.

Another vote for Sugar Creek- nice, established neighborhood, great swim team, tennis, organized 5K runs, great location.

It's not in a subdivision but there is a private pool on Chick Springs road near League Academy. The neighborhoods around there are pretty nice too.

I second Orchard Farms. Brushy Meadows is also another nice one.

Go to the SAIL website for Greenville county. That's the organization that most of the nieghborhood swim teams belong to. From there, you can find a list of all the participating neighborhoods. Map out and investigate the home prices and locations of the neighborhoods. You will also see better how the swim teams and meets are organized. Our children swim in and are on the swim team in a neighboring subdivision. You don't have to live in the subdivision to join. Good luck!
