Went by there today and it was alive and well. This was taken around 2PM:
Good. I thought it odd that a few days warmer weather would close the rink. I've skated in outdoor rinks when it was 75 and 80 outside. All about the internal cooling / freezing more than the air temp.
Due to popular demand, Ice On Main has been extended until January 16th.
That's FANTASTIC news! I'm sure the businesses downtown appreciate the prolonged timetable. I can only imagine how this might improve and grow next year. Christmas Market comeback?
The plexiglass panels this year makes the entire rink look MUCH better!
