Too bad about B&B. It had been on my list of places to check out since they opened, but it's sort of an "out of sight, out of mind" situation. I so infrequently found myself on that stretch of W. Georgia that I kept forgetting about 'em.

Catch 22... you hate to try new places too soon as they are typically ironing out the kinks. But don't wait too long!

Yeah. There's a little more discussion about this on the previous page of posts.

The Bojangles at 1388 E. Main St. in Duncan, SC has closed. Located right at i85 exit 63. All signage has been removed and even the orange awning around the building exterior has been painted grey. Colliers has a for lease sign out front. Price on their website currently is asking $74,000 / year lease. Bojangles Restaurant for lease/sale | Colliers International

Wow.. I don't think i've seen a Bojangles close in years without there being a new location opening to replace it. Laurens just got a new one a year or so ago.. But it was just a move into a new building.

Gringo in Duncan on E Main St near McDonald's in the old Bella Latte spot appears to have been closed for awhile now. Stopped by when they first opened months back and the food was pretty decent. Small area to cook and store food though, made me hesitant to go back. That and right after they opened they didn't maintain their signs which started falling down while they were open which made me think they didn't care so I wasn't going to eat there again. That just screams I don't want to run a business. Now there's a for lease sign out front and half fallen down Gringo signs still.

Wonder if opening one at exit 60 somewhat recently changed things for the one at exit 63.
