I don't work for the bank smarty, but yes I'm involved heavily in the area from another business side. I'm not in Charlotte pretending to know about Greenville's current progress.

I am not pretending to know, I see a lot of economic reports about the Carolinas. If you disagree with the metrics or have information to share, please do so. I would like to hear more about the upstate's real estate. Why do you want me to quit posting about the area eventhough I spent most of my life there? If someone from Charlotte started silly BS post in another city forum, I would ask that poster why, if reflects bad on your city.
