My fiance and myself are looking for a new church in the Mauldin,Greenville,or Simpsonville area.
We're looking for a church with a good mix of ethnicites and different kinds of people. We would love to find a church with kind, loving people that embraces all people no matter their income, race, appearance etc.
I cannot stand judgmental people or churches where you walk in and everyone stares at you in a very haughty holier than thou way.
Ideally, a church that genuinely loves God.
Please don't suggest Brookwood or Southside Christian, that is precisely the kind of church and people that I hope to avoid.
What type of worship are you looking for? Contemporary Evangelical, Liturgical, Charismatic, Traditional Evangelical? What what little you've described people will suggest everything from Baptist to Lutheran to Eastern Orthodox to Church of God of Prophecy to Mega-Church Nondenominational.

Good luck in your search!
Isn't it amazing how many different ways there are to worship the same God?
