UPDATE! My company is going to let me work remotely from Greenville. Thanks to all of you for advice. This all seems to have worked out. My gf and I found a place in the North Main area about a mile and a half from downtown. See you on the streets!

UPDATE - I am doing it! When I told my company I was leaving, they agreed to let me work from down there. HOW COOL! We found a great place on Oakhurst Street in the N Main area of downtown. A short bikeride from Main Street. I cant wait. Thanks for all of your support.
