Ashmore bridge estates are in a great location. Very convenient to everything. They are on the corner of Ashmore Bridge Rd and Butler Rd. The schools are good. We are zoned for the same schools as they are. The elementary school is about 5 minutes away , and Mauldin High is a straight shot up Butler Rd, about 5 minutes too. I don't know the management specifically. The pool looks nice, and the townhomes seem nice from the outside. I like that you can get to your own little backyard straight from the house. We did not get to see one inside though. Liz

I will be moving to the Greenville area in February from Columbia. I did look at Ashmore Bridge Estates but I was not please. The apartment that they show on apartmentfinder.com is not what you get. The staff doesn't know what apartment has what as far as appliances go. If I give you my money, I expect you to have your act together.

Thumbs up How is it to Live in Mauldin?

I've lived in Mauldin for 26 years. I've raised 4 daughters there. Schools are some of the best in S.C.

Mixed couples are NO PROBLEM.

Great place to live. Country Atmosphere.

Mauldin is a great town to live in. Ashmore Bridges Estates is right on West Butler Rd. If you have any questions about crime you can probably get that info by calling the Mauldin Police Department at 864-297-5200 but Mauldin for the most part has a low crime rate. Sure we have problems once in awhile and I have no idea of the residents in the apartment complex. You will be lucky in that you will be able to walk to almost everything Mauldin has to offer. Enjoy our town!
