Greenville and surrounding roadways for the most part, are typically clean considering. But... would like to see more incarcerated jail birds out picking up trash. Think it would send a subtle message to our younger crowd to witness...plus it makes me feel good.. to be honest (taxes).

This is something that I've wondered about. In FL the county and state inmates (I'm assuming very low risk offenders) worked on crews to maintain right of ways and easements, the highways, etc. They did quite a bit of mowing, trimming, picking up trash, just generally keeping things looking good.

they already do this in Mauldin. Usually during work hours.

That's who cleans up parks.

Greenville County is filled with like 80% child support offenders who dont deserve to be there. I think there's actually reasons / conspiracy behind why they dont let this be seen. I did some research on this years ago. It's really sad honestly BUT it would be great for those people. I only say this b/c the economy of SC tanked. No Jobs, how can you pay?
