WOW! That is pretty awesome! I noticed 3 national realtors on the list that will give a % of their commission to pay for my childrens' college education. Plus there are lots of other businesses that I already use that are on the list. That's definitely worth looking into. Thanks for posting the link.

As to the OP, as a former Florida agent I think the poster's request is capitalism at its best! I would have had no problem with it. Just a quick example, if I was going to make $3,000 the poster was only requesting $150 which is tax deductible. Anyway, I think it was a fair request and evidently so did the agent that she found.

There is a home that just came on the market in the mid $140's and they are offering a 1% commission. Which is the lesser of 2 evils?
