We are looking at Cobbs Creek in boiling springs.We like the Rosemont model
by Ryan and was wondering if any one has chosen that model? Are the upgrades worth it? We like the fact that it offers a bedroom/ in law suite down stairs. Plus a 3 car garage. Thanks
