Does anyone know anything about "Fox Den"(Jessica Court & Breanna Ct, near Gentry Mem. Hwy & S. 5th)) in Easley(29640) or "Mountain Crest"(off of Old White horse Road) in Travelers Rest? Do you Know anyone that lives there, or know anything about the areas? Or in your opinion is it better to stay away from those communtities? We would like to buy a new manufactured/modular home & put it on land when we move out there. Land is very limited if it's not a stick built home, from what I've seen. So I thought maybe these communities with the "CCR's" that they would be kept up & not "junky".
