mom and pop breakfast places
My father in law is coming this weekend for a visit and loves mom and pop places. We live in Simpsonville, does anyone know of breakfast places nearby?

I think that the Coach House by the railroad tracks on Main St. has got some of the best pancakes in all of Greenville. We go out for breakfast often on the weekends, and this is one of our favorites. They serve a great breakfast menu, and the prices are very reasonable. Hope you enjoy.

You've got to try Stax's Original at the corner of Poinsett Highway and North Pleasantburg Drive (Cherrydale).  |

It's not exactly "mom and pop," but Mimi's Cafe on Woodruff has great food (and you can get breakfast all day). The environment is nice as well, even though the prices are very reasonable.

Coach House
My father in law loved the Coach house. We actually ate breakfast and dinner in the same day there. The people were very friendly, and I loved the pancakes!
