I have a 50.00 gas gift card and I know the BP near me is now a Kangaroo station so I had the GPS take me to the nearest BP and it was no longer a BP either.

I went online to locate a BP but it gave me the addresses of some I know are no longer BPs.

Are there any left in the Simpsonville area? Thanks.

Isn't the one on West Georgia Road a BP? At least it used to be.

I know in the past it seemed most Spinx's were Amoco and then BP. But lately it seems there's no big-oil name on the gas they sell.

Most of the Kangaroo stores used to be BP and have now switched to Marathon.

Some gas stations that switch names or get bought out, will honor previous owner gas cards up to a certain time frame. Your on the internet...pull up BP locations and view their policies.

I did pull up BP location as I stated in my initial post. The thing is, the locations aren't updated as they are taking me to stations that used to be BP. The GPS is doing the same. That's why I thought I'd ask here to see if anyone has seen one in the area.

Thanks Tyler for recommending I ask if a Kangaroo will honor a BP gas card. Maybe I'll try that or either wait to use the gift cards when I'm back in Charleston.

Thanks everyone.

Yay, thanks. I just called and they are STILL a BP. Thanks!

I wonder if the oil spill has a lot to do with them leaving the area. I know a lot of people stopped buying gas there because of that reason.

There's a BP on Pelham Rd, not far from I-85, just past Earth Fare.

That BP gas card at Publix was a good deal at ten bucks off.
